The Roy Eblen Speech and Hearing Clinic is proud to be affiliated with the UNI Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. They are dedicated to the preparation of students who will be entering the professions of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology. Throughout the next few weeks, we will be highlighting clinicians who provide services under the supervision of certified speech language pathologists to the clients of the Roy Eblen Speech and Hearing Clinic! This week we are highlighting 3rd semester graduate students Liza Buhr, RoseMary McGeough, Carly Hayen and 1st semester graduate student Adam Haut!

November 25th through November 29th, the Roy Eblen Speech and Hearing Clinic will be CLOSED due to the holiday. We will be back open December 2nd for normal hours. Have a great break!

The National Student Speech Language Hearing Association, NSSLHA, is a student-led organization, and this year, they are supporting Dementia Friendly Iowa. This Thursday, 11/07, from 4 pm to 9 pm, they will be doing a giveback at Raising Cane's. Cane's will donate 15% of its sales to NSSLHA for the charity. All are welcome to come! When you order just mention that you are with NSSLHA. We hope to see you there!

On Wednesday October 30th and Thursday October 31st, clients and clinicians will trick or treat throughout the Roy Eblen Speech and Hearing Clinic at the end of your session! We will also allow clients who only come one day a week to trick or treat on Monday, October 28 or Tuesday, October 29th! Non-food items will also be offered. We can’t wait to see all of the costumes!
