👏 Congratulations to our team members who just completed Mental Health First Aid for Adults certification!

This training teaches how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges, offer initial help, and connect individuals with the right resources. Participants also learn a 5-step action plan to confidently support someone in crisis.

What began a couple of years ago as just youth training has grown into both youth and adult Mental Health First Aid training. In these photos from a recent training, team members representing diverse departments across our organizations partook in the certification courses. We recognize some people feel anxious in a healthcare setting, and we're thankful for these patient-facing team members and many others who are equipped to help!
