A frequently asked question when it comes to our surgical procedure is: “Is the procedure painful?” While everyone’s sensitivity varies, the surgical procedure generally takes less than five minutes, and most patients experience minimal discomfort. Local anesthesia and light sedation are part of our all-inclusive fee. Pregnancy symptoms will begin to fade immediately.

Our all-inclusive fee, dependent on gestational age, covers: ultrasound, lab work, medical counseling, pre-procedure care, procedure, all medication (pre-op, sedation, take-home medication), post-procedure care, and follow up calls/appointments. We’ve made some incredible changes here at SWC in the past few months. Let us reintroduce ourselves! We offer in-clinic abortion services as well as abortion by mail. For our in-clinic services, we offer the abortion pill up to 11 weeks as well as the surgical procedure up to 15 weeks and 6 days. We offer abortion by mail to patients with a MI mailing address, which includes: a virtual visit with our doctor, all necessary medications (delivered with two-day FedEx express shipping), and support and follow-up care.
