| Stella: With no indoor facility to jump in and not being able to jump as much as she needed to outside because of weather, she held her own against some beasts at the SOCON Indoor Championship with only two collegiate track meets under her belt. Triple jumped for the first time since high school today and made it to the finals, as well as finishing 4th in long jump yesterday.
Crazy to think that this time last year she was playing D1 softball. She pulled a rare switcheroo and changed sports, and it has been such a blessing to see her happy and thriving again in a positive environment. - Carissa, one proud mom.

| Freestyle Client Highlights: Eliott has been a client for almost two years now. He is an avid rock climber who also enjoys mountain biking and hiking. Sports massage is great for climbers as it reduces muscle soreness and tension, providing relief from climbing-related aches. Also, increases flexibility by releasing tightness, massage enhances flexibility, helping climbers move more fluidly.
It improves performance. And also helps with injury prevention. Climbers often experience tightness and muscle knots due to repetitive movements and strenuous climbing sessions. By targeting tense muscles and releasing tightness, massage therapy helps improve the range of motion and joint flexibility, allowing climbers to move more freely and efficiently on the rock or climbing wall.
