This year’s annual summer outing took us to the charming Blackstone Shoppes for a little retail therapy, followed by delicious food, refreshing drinks, and plenty of laughter at Taylor Brooke Brewery. 🍻🌿

We played lawn games, enjoyed the summer sunshine, and soaked up each other’s company outside of our busy days at the office. It’s moments like these that remind us our greatest strength isn’t just the care we provide — it’s the incredible people who make up our Welcome Smiles family. Her Smile, Her Vision: A Journey Worth Celebrating💜🌟

Our patient came to us hoping to close the gaps in her smile and address the flaring of her teeth that had always made her feel self-conscious. In addition to the spacing concerns, she had multiple missing posterior teeth, which affected both her ability to chew and her overall confidence.

We began her journey by submitting her case to Digital Smile Design (DSD)—a powerful tool that allowed us to plan her transformation down to the finest detail, with her input guiding every step. After reviewing several options together, we moved forward with a plan to place four dental implants—two on the upper right and two on the upper left—to restore her bite and enhance her smile’s foundation.

Once her implants were placed, we completed a 5-month Invisalign treatment to gently align her teeth and bring everything into the ideal position. The final step? A beautiful set of direct composite veneers on her front six teeth—from canine to canine.

This procedure was done without drilling down any natural tooth structure—a minimally invasive, additive technique where we artistically layered composite bonding material to shape and enhance her smile. Every detail was carefully crafted to ensure harmony, symmetry, and, most importantly—confidence.

Today, she smiles brighter, speaks more confidently, and enjoys the full function of her teeth once again. We are so proud of her transformation and honored to have been part of her journey. 🦷✨

Meet Your Clinical Team: Jordan 🦷📚🐱

Say hello to Jordan, one of our amazing dental assistants here at Welcome Smiles! If you’ve been in our office lately, chances are you’ve seen her warm smile and calm presence in the operatory.

🏡 Favorite thing about working at Welcome Smiles:

✨ Favorite procedure: Composite veneers with Dr. Mehta — there’s something so rewarding about helping transform a patient’s smile!

🦷 What she does:
In addition to assisting with clinical procedures, Jordan also takes care of our lab cases and supports the coordination of our Digital Smile Design cases — making sure everything is in place behind the scenes so our patients feel confident every step of the way.

📚 Outside the office:
Jordan is a big-time reader with a personal book collection of over 400 books (yes, you read that right!). She’s also a proud cat mom to Diego and Sprinkles, loves hanging out with friends, and finds just as much joy staying in playing her Nintendo Switch as she does going out.

Jordan brings a quiet strength and a steady presence to our team. Her care, consistency, and kindness don’t just help our days run smoothly — they remind us what it means to truly show up for one another and our patients.
