No one deserves to suffer from knots this November! With the addition of Dr. Rachel to our family, not only do we gain another awesome adjuster, but she also specializes in 2 soft tissue techniques: Graston and ART!
Graston or instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, is used to break down adhesions and promote blood flow to injured soft tissues or scar tissue. It’s effective at treating Achilles tendinitis, hamstring injuries, sprains and strains, IT band syndrome, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff tendinitis, and post surgical scar tissue.
ART is a non-invasive treatment system precisely engineered to locate and quickly resolve soft-tissue disorders. It works by releasing muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia that no longer function properly due to overuse or injury.
To introduce these new services to y’all and to help decrease some of your pre-holiday stress, we are offering 50% OFF (only $32.50) all Graston/ART sessions for the entire month of November! Sessions are 30 minutes long and regularly priced at $65. They will include a combo of both Graston and ART based on your individual needs which Dr. Rachel will assess! Also, these sessions are included in our memberships! So members, you can use your free services for Graston/ART sessions, and you get $20 any additional sessions!
