What style of yoga do we offer? We offer: gentle to strong practice, moderate pacing and a balanced, body-wise practice that is sustainable over time: a practice that nurtures your body now and into the future. Lotus Yoga provides quality instruction in all levels of yoga; from beginning to advanced with morning, mid-day and evening classes. Our class offerings include; mindful yoga for all abilities, prenatal and parent and baby yoga, workshops and teacher trainings as well as occasional family yoga and community benefit classes. We are dedicated to teaching in a kind, respectful and soulful way. We devote our teaching to people of all levels of experience, ages, backgrounds and abilities. We invite you to take some time out of your day to foster wellness in your life and peace in your spirit. We are offering ON-LINE classes during the COVID pandemic.
