We’re in the OR with Dr. Bilezikian for an ! ✨ This 62-year-old patient came to us with concerns about heaviness in her upper eyelids. She felt the extra skin pulling throughout the day, even impacting her vision at times, and she didn’t love the tired, aged look it gave her.

After a thorough consultation, Dr. Bilezikian recommended an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) to address both function and aesthetics. In the OR, he walks through each step of the procedure, explaining how it’s tailored specifically to her needs for the most natural, refreshed result.

Recovery is typically smooth, with minimal discomfort, some swelling, and hidden scars that fade beautifully into the natural eyelid crease. Dr. B sees her the very next day for post-op care, ensuring everything is healing just right. ✨

We’re in the OR with Dr. Fee! ✨ He just finished a Breast Augmentation surgery with a beautiful 53-year-old woman. She was referred by a friend who was already a patient at Coastal Cosmetic Center.

During her consultation with Dr. Fee, she wanted to increase the size and shape of her breasts. She looked at several types of implants and chose Mentor brand implants.

During surgery, Dr. Fee placed the implants partially under the muscle on both sides. The implants used for both sides were Mentor MemoryGel Smooth Round High Profile Silicone gel 350cc.
