My (current) rule #1 is not to complain about anything.

If it's in my control, I do something about it. And if it's not within my control, I let it go as soon as possible because it's just wasting energy the longer I hold on talking or thinking about it

~ A person who blames others has a long way to go in life.

~ A person who blames NO ONE has already arrived.

The more I practice this the better I get which is why it's my current #1 rule.

The greatest value in life is not what you get, the value lies, and who you become with each breath 🙏✌🏼

This is my new friend Lynette, she was a stranger when I approached her one day as she was sitting on her walker. She was in so much pain from cancer treatment, and is having a tough time with her memory.

I met with her again today, and she was so happy from the relief she was tearing up with gratitude and joy.

I sit with gratitude for the opportunity to serve humanity, in ways that make a difference.
