Right now, Iโ€™m in a more dialed-in phase of my journey, training and eating like a professional athlete preparing for the stage.

This season is about precision and purpose:

โ€ข Every macro has intention behind it.
โ€ข Meals are structured for performance, physique refinement, and recovery.
โ€ข Sleep, hydration, and stress management are tracked with the same focus as workouts.
โ€ข Flexibility takes a backseat to structure because the goal is competitive conditioning.

But even here, itโ€™s not extreme.

My approach stays rooted in hormone health and metabolic resilience, not crash dieting or burnout.

Last weekend was exactly what I neededโ€ฆ

A few days surrounded by women chasing big goals, sharing ideas, and supporting one another. I came home inspired, encouraged, and reminded how powerful it is to be around women who get it.

By Sunday night, it was right back into real life [ work, kidsโ€™ activities, and a brain overflowing with ambition, ideas, and plans waiting to be executed. ]

This week has felt like a series of Mondaysโ€ฆ but in the best way possible.

Each day has carried that fresh start energy โœจ new possibilities, new momentum, and a reminder that every rep, every task, every moment counts toward something bigger.
