Right now, Iโm in a more dialed-in phase of my journey, training and eating like a professional athlete preparing for the stage.
This season is about precision and purpose:
โข Every macro has intention behind it.
โข Meals are structured for performance, physique refinement, and recovery.
โข Sleep, hydration, and stress management are tracked with the same focus as workouts.
โข Flexibility takes a backseat to structure because the goal is competitive conditioning.
But even here, itโs not extreme.
My approach stays rooted in hormone health and metabolic resilience, not crash dieting or burnout.
2๏ธโฃ The Lifestyle Season (Sustainability Mode)
Outside of competition prep, I take a more flexible approach, the same one Legacy Physiques teaches women to master.
This phase is about living the lifestyle, not chasing a show date:
โข Meals are balanced and satisfying, not restricted.
โข Strength training supports longevity, bone health, and confidence.
โข Dining out, travel, and family life all fit into the plan without guilt.
โข The focus shifts from aesthetics to energy, hormones, and overall vitality.
This is where most women at Legacy Physiques live: strong, structured, but free. No more guessing, no more starting over.
