Our History

Dr. Chen and Dr. Pham's have been practicing orthodontics since 2004, and continue to participate in advanced post-doctoral education with some of the world's foremost clinicians, which ensures that every patient's orthodontic treatment is held to the highest standards of modern care. Children, teens, and adults all find that Dr. Chen and Dr. Pham are able to make their individual care a top priority. Both doctors are members of American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Orange County Dental Society.

Dr. Chen and Dr. Pham both went on to the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, where they both met, and received their Certification of Orthodontics. They both completed their Certification of Orthodontics at Columbia University and University of Washington, while Dr. Pham also received his Master of Science in Dentistry.

Eventually they reconvened back in Orange County, where they both grew up, and realized there was nothing quite like home. So they stood their ground and rerooted themselves. Seeing that there was so much potential near the Tustin Legacy Community, they wanted to establish their practice here, hence the name Legacy Orthodontics. Now, the community is flourishing more than ever, and Legacy Orthodontics is serving both the Irvine and Tustin area.

Our motto is "Creating beautiful smiles with personalized care," and that is what we will continue to do. We hope that we are able to bring the same feeling of community, home, and family to you by making your smile your legacy to cherish, hold, and pass onto others.
