~2 OFFICE SPACES FOR LEASE~

Newer office recently built out.

Office space to share; 2 rooms. Office 1 is $1200/month and Office 2 is $1150/month.

The office has 5 rooms and 2 are taken.

I have not really needed to rent rooms because I had 2 Doctors renting. A few people who have seen the office spaces want the room, however thinking of moving here and not sure when.

Hard to get someone to come LOOK from an ad?

The office is very clean. The Bathroom is crystal clean. I dropped the rent to make it easier. Need to see the office and not just the pictures.

1 room is used 1- 1/2 days a week (Mondays and Friday half day).

Another room is used 4 days a week Monday, Wednesdays, 4 hours Thursdays and Friday.

Office suite is 1300 sq/ft. The room space is roughly 125sq/ft 14ftx8ft, the whole office is shared, the lobby, front counter space, kitchenette area and restroom. The office is kept very clean. There is plenty of room, all ADA compliant.

Large parking area at ground level.

Located in Downtown Carlsbad/Carlsbad Village.

2 open rooms for rent.

$1200/month for Office 1 and $1150/month for Office 2, and shared cost of electricity with others.

Something on my mind.

I have a patient who was referred by an Attorneys office in Los Angeles. The attorney is being very pushy and requesting unnecessary and costly procedures in hopes of making the car accident appear much worse than it actually is! The cost of these procedures are in the thousands of dollars EACH… I, as a doctor have informed the attorney these tests are unnecessary.
