It's been 16 years since we started working with Ultra Durable Technologies and using EPIC High Performance Floor Finish. Due to our extensive experience with EPIC and applying UDT's grout colorants, we were asked to assist DPM Surface Care from Knoxville TN with a high profile project at the historic Tennessee Theatre. We worked with DPM's crew to deep clean, apply grout colorant, and coat the ornate tile in several restrooms. DPM chose the Matte version of EPIC to retain the original appearance of the tile. The restroom floors look great, and are now very easy to maintain.

Last week we refinished the floors in a hospital lab. The build up of dirty wax was so heavy we weren't sure how the floors would turn out. We stripped off the old wax and applied one coat of EPIC High Performance Floor Finish and the floors look great! In the last few days we were surprised and pleased to see two of our floor coating customer's facilities on television both in the same week!

The historic Tennessee Theatre in Knoxville was on a Tennessee Tourism commercial. The theatre restroom tile and grout restoration project included deep cleaning, grout colorant application, and using the matte finish version of our high performance coating to preserve the original appearance.

We also saw a news article on tv this week with MN lawmakers standing on one of the recently refinished lab floors at the U of M Cancer and Cardiovascular Research Center.

We recently completed a project refinishing vct floors in eight large Cancer and Cardiovascular Research labs at the U of M. Each lab has benches with almost 400 legs to prep and coat around, and many vct tile repair areas to blend in. Although all work was completed on weekends, we needed to accommodate many scientists who work on tissue cultures and experiments seven days a week. We've been told the occupants are "ecstatic" with the results, and our high performance finish will look great for many years.

These restroom before and after pictures are from an Allina Health hospital in Minnesota. The facility was built in the 60's, so these floors are more than 50 years old. We deep cleaned the tile and grout, applied a colorant to the grout joints, and then coated the floors with EPIC high performance floor coating. The floors look amazing and are now very easy to clean.

Last weekend we cleaned and coated the tile and grout floors in 16 restrooms at a large family medicine clinic. Our deep cleaning process removed years of heavy biofilm build up in the grout joints, returning them to like new condition. After cleaning, we coated the floors with the matte version of our high performance coating, permanently sealing the grout joints and tiles from all soil and contaminates. These floors look amazing and are now very easy to maintain.

We recently refinished the floors in a large imaging department, including three CT rooms, three x-ray rooms, two MRI control rooms, four ultrasound rooms, and all the supporting areas. We stripped off years of heavy wax build up, and applied one coat of our ultra low maintenance urethane finish. These floors will look this great for many years and won't need the endless routing of stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing. The cost savings for this facility will be tremendous!

Last week we wrapped up a project, cleaning and coating the wood look vinyl floors in an urgent care clinic. This vinyl was sold as "no wax" flooring and the deep grain was very difficult to clean.
After our deep cleaning process, and applying our ultra low maintenance coating, the floors look great and are very easy to maintain.

We're currently refinishing the wood look vinyl floors in the Endoscopy Department at an area clinic. We are stripping off years of heavy, yellowed wax build up and are applying a single coat of our high performance coating. The floors are turning out great and they look like real wood now! This facility will never have to strip, buff, or burnish these floors again, saving them a tremendous amount of time and money on floor maintenance.
