A Great Marriage: Zero Balancing and Physical Therapy
by Diane Musial, PT, Zero Balancing Certification Candidate
I am a physical therapist who has been seeing clients for the past 40 years. In 2023 I was gifted a Zero Balancing (ZB) session by a dear friend. I had not previously heard of ZB. My friend said with a smile, “You’re going to like this.” After one session, which afforded me a glorious experience, I knew my path to learn more about and embrace Zero Balancing had begun. Soon after that I took a ZB I class and I am currently on the road to certification...
Immediately after taking Core ZB I, I began offering Zero Balancing sessions. As my skill and understanding of ZB continue to develop, I frequently offer the ZB protocol to my physical therapy clients. Along with traditional PT, they often receive ZB 3-6 times in 6 weeks. I observe that ZB combined with physical therapy provides the certainty of diminished anxiety and increased ease for them. Releasing tension from bones and tissues renders spaciousness in body and brain offering possibility of additional layers of release and processing which I had not witnessed prior to the addition of Zero Balancing.
It is worth noting the benefits I observe in my clients’ mind, body and Spirit.
An expansive feeling and sense of ease have been reported by 95% of clients to whom I have provided Zero Balancing (ZB) so far. I refer to ZB as the “magical modality.” For many, their progress toward pain resolution and relief has been hastened and more easily maintained.
