Dr. Spruill is incredible at what he does. I plan on referring any family, friends, or acquaintances to his office because I had such a great experience. I found his office on google and was experiencing an emergency regarding my teeth. Every other office I had called could not get me in that day and some even said it would be weeks until I could get in. With my luck, I called this office (which typically doesn't see clients on tuesdays) and they got me in that same day. I wondered how a Dentistry could be so available but at the same time perform with knowledge and care but they did just that. His wife opened up the shop for me and Dr. Spruill sat down and cared enough about his new client actually care about my well being, not just his job. His performance was excellent and he formulated a plan to fix my teeth better than I ever would have dreamed of. He continued to show me his entire office as well as all of his tools and knowledge that helped him perform at such a high level. Call it coincidence or luck of the draw that this was the only dentistry that could get me in, but I believe that it was just a remarkable blessing. I plan on referring everyone that needs any sort of dental work to this man, and will make it a point that more people know about him.

"Dr. Spruill's is well run group from receptionist, claims/insurance adjusters, assistant, hygenists... and all with personal touch!

Had both teeth capped in the morning and headed to my favorite spot for lunch afterwards. Tonight I'm enjoying my dinner pain free and can chew on both sides of mouth now."
