On The Go Therapy provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We provide home heath rehab, outpatient therapy in the patient's homes, and therapy in our clinic.

Our CEO/Owner, Jason Grabiak, took the floor at Encompass Health today to present the care our team can provide the patients who transition home. Along with our other admin: Stacey Purvis, COO, and Britnee Martin, Practice Liaison, we were able to inform and field questions from dozens of their therapy team. Partnering with our local care teams make us all stronger and best equipped to get patients on the road to recovery; thank you for having us!
