🌊 We’re Back at the Oceanfront for the 22nd Annual Run, Roll & Stroll!

Join us for a fun-filled morning at 24th Street Park in Virginia Beach as we celebrate our 22nd Annual Run, Roll & Stroll! Whether you run, walk, roll, or stroll, this event is for all ages and abilities.

🎉 Enjoy a festive atmosphere with fairy hair, glitter tattoos, face painting, a balloon artist, a photo booth, and more—making it a perfect event for the whole family.

🏃‍♀️ Choose between the 5K Run/Walk or the 1-Mile Fun Run, and feel good knowing your participation supports Jewish Family Service of Tidewater and our mission to care for neighbors in need.

Today, we pause to remember the six million Jewish lives lost in the Holocaust, along with the millions of others whose lives were taken by hatred and intolerance. On Holocaust Remembrance Day, we honor their memories by holding space for their stories, their resilience, and their humanity.
May we never forget the lessons of the past, and may we commit ourselves to compassion, justice, and standing up for one another—always. 🕯️

We are deeply honored to walk in the footsteps of such innovative and brilliant women. 💙

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday for our Hebrew Ladies Charity event. It was truly special to come together and celebrate this meaningful legacy. We were especially proud to recognize Dorothy Spitalney and Linda Samuels for their many years of dedication and service to Jewish Family Service.

Your commitment and presence made the day truly memorable, and we are grateful to all who helped honor this remarkable legacy.

As 2025 comes to a close, we are filled with gratitude and pride for everything we’ve accomplished together this year. Thanks to the generosity and dedication of our volunteers, donors, and community partners, we’ve been able to support countless neighbors—providing food, resources, and a helping hand to those who needed it most.

This year, we have strengthened connections, created new opportunities for support, and shown that together, we can make a real difference. Each act of kindness, big or small, has contributed to brighter days for our community.
