22 years...
I still remember being 16 and meeting you for the first time... something deep inside me whispered, “you’re going to marry him.” And here we are, decades later, still hand in hand.

We’ve been through so much together…
Through thick and thin... ups and downs... sunshine and storms, laughter and silence, delicious meals and not-so-great ones like today's 🤣 😅. Through every season, you’ve been my constant, my place, my home.

I can’t believe how far we’ve come, and I can’t wait to keep walking this path together. 💜

My friend and business partner Danielle...We are so different...different stages of motherhood, different appearances, different childhoods, different strengths and shadows. And yet…we love co creating together and our hearts are aligned ❤️

"It is not the critic who counts; the credit belongs to the one who is actually in the arena..."

I have been working so hard lately to not let criticism from some people affect me and make me want to hide...
And let me tell you… I’m in the damn arena. Every. Single. Day.

Running back-to-back retreats, holding space for people’s deepest wounds, managing a 55-practitioner wellness center, coaching souls one-on-one, navigating lifelong hormonal struggles while trying to love this big body that has carried me through so much, and raising an indigo child with a heart too big for this harsh world… THAT is the arena I fight in.

So unless you’ve been here...bleeding, sweating, crying, rising... maybe keep your commentary to yourself.
It’s easy to sit in the stands, comfortable and clean, and think you’d do it differently or better. But until you’ve hosted retreats like me, built a business from nothingggggg with no one to help, felt the weight of healing a community, or fought the battles I’ve fought...your criticism doesn’t get a front row seat in my mind.

Think before you speak. Step into the arena before you judge the ones who already have...
Because from where I stand, the cheap seats are full....but the arena is where the magic (and the courage) happens and there isn't too many brave souls down here. 💛

I need to say something that’s been on my heart for a few months, and it comes from personal experience over the last 10 years. ..
Putting people on pedestals is dangerous for you and for the person you place there.

It happens to me often, no matter how much I try to empower others… and honestly, it’s uncomfortable, and it hurts me...
I see it happening a lot here in Utah... over and over...
I am not perfect. I make mistakes. I have shadows, doubts, fears… just like you.
Yes, I hold space for others. I guide. I teach. I love a lot, and a lot of times, I feel mostly light in me...
But I am still HUMAN.

This is why my message since day one will never change:
💛 Love yourself and be your own guru.
No one knows you better than your own soul.
No one can guide you better than your higher self.

When we put someone above us, we forget our own power. We hand over our truth, only to feel betrayed later when we realize they’re not the version of “perfect” we created in our minds.
It’s not fair to them. And it’s not fair to you.

I want to be seen in my entirety ... my love, my light, my flaws, my darkness.
Because I am all of that. And so are you.
We are equals on this journey. No pedestals, no hierarchy… just souls walking each other home. 🌿✨

💛 Love yourself first. Trust yourself deeply. Be your own guru.
