This week's blog post is very unique in that I used CHAT GPT to create it. This was a framework presented in one of my current classes in graduate school at the University of North Florida. I am aware of the controversy associated with AI (especially in the art community); but we all need to remember we created AI and just like anything, it is our responsibility as a consumer to take everything with a grain of salt. I did not use opinion to influence the prompts; instead I wanted to see what views it gave me relating to health and fitness in 2023. I am very impressed and I think you will be as well. This will more than likely be my only AI generated post, but I think it will shape media and influence our culture even more. It is revolutionary and very unique. It is ok to have opinions, but as always, please be kind if you leave comments (especially since this is a theoretical approach to communication tactics in the 21st century). Thank you, as always, for supporting me as I try to bridge disparities in both education and health in this world.
I know it is not an easy task I am setting out to take on, but it is what I am supposed to do in this life and I am very grateful for this opportunity.
