Recently I have made it a goal to love my sadness, my deeply empathic and often anxious self. I notice how kind I am to strangers. Let’s be kind to ourselves, it is the darkest nights of the soul that teach us our souls desire. Tolstoy said it best :

Joy in creating. I feel most fulfilled when I create something new. When I finally clean out a drawer, write in my journal, even make my bed. The smallest change, is still a thing of beauty. Today, acknowledge yourself for something, anything. You created. Even if it’s just a new view.

This new moon has certainly caused a resurfacing of the past in the form of emotional triggers. I know I have felt triggered by things I was surprised by. Take a deep breath!
Like the melting snow, see the emotion, and let it go. Mother Earth will take the energies we let go of and turn them into white light, compost for the new spring flowers.
Spring is a wonderful time to see what’s been hidden under the snow, and let it flow away.

Hi y’all! I recently attended a very meaningful gathering of women who shared stories, tears, laughter in a safe non judgmental space. I released a lot of judgment I had about myself. I’ve been playing small in my life. I saw that I want everything about me to be perfect before I really start sharing my energy work. But here’s the thing- all I’ve always been an energy worker. I do it for myself every day, with crystals, plants, oils, and meditation. I’m overcoming my need for things to be just right- I am here for you all. Reiki is a real and effective way to get in there- really make a difference in your quality of life. Let’s work together to heal and crate peace, ease and clarity.

I’ve stepped up and uncovered layers of old stories and defeating conversations I’ve carried about myself and life. Self work seems futile at times, but you are right where you need to be. I was taught a powerful exercise which releases the hold of our old limiting beliefs. You are lovable! I am lovable! I’m trying this on today. Imagine- Feel- Be ❤️❤️❤️
