Oracle Cards With Friends .iwc who is a dear friend and incredible “Cuddle Therapist” and practitioner of mindful human touch in Lebanon, Ohio.
She has graced my life with so many blessings and am grateful to weave stories with her soul.
I can’t stop asking friends to do these Oracle Cards with me… it’s art, it’s therapy, it’s beautiful. This is the fourth time to sit with friends (no talking, just music) and create these little cards that share a deep and beautiful story. I cherish these moments, they’re good medicine!
I often feel like my work is my life is my work as much as I can be in my own awareness. Therapy comes in many forms. Thank you Autumn for your heART. 💙

One of the cool features hinge I do as a coach is meal prep for my clients! I love being in the kitchen preparing nutritious and delicious foods for my people so that they can have a little more freedom in their lives AND eat GREAT. We are all just helping each other make the world go ‘round! Today I got to hear that the kids get super excited when they know “Rachel’s been here” and they love trying all the food. You can taste the love. ❤️
This Lentil Stew is insane. And the roasted veggies are a complement to any meal, but also a nutritious snack all on their own. I don’t have this service on my website, but I’m happy to take on new clients. If you have any interest in you’re in the Cincinnati area…🙏

I get to be the guest teacher twice a year at KHS for the yoga classes! I introduce the kids to Kundalini Yoga one day and Yoga Nidra the next. What a gift to share with these amazing humans!!!

I bought a s**t ton of shiitake mushrooms this week… Then wondered what am I gonna do with all of them? Just so happens. I had lots of other vegetables I needed to use such as cauliflower and cabbage. So! I riced the cauliflower and mushrooms and sautéed them with extra-virgin olive oil and water with some seasoned salt. Remove from heat then sautéed this beautiful Asian cabbage with a tiny bit of oil then serve with a drizzle of sesame oil and some chopped pistachios… It is incredibly delicious and filling and is making me very happy right now. Just wanted to share some inspiration for all those gorgeous Farm Market finds ❤️❤️❤️

I love sharing the profound health benefits of Sound Therapy with the world! My clients love it, too. I was honored to give Brad and Beth their first ever Sound Therapy (aka Sound Bath). It was beautiful to hear how they both had memories arise, visualizations, and states of deep relaxation, which is what most people report. The sounds bring your brainwaves to Theta quite quickly, and puts the body into parasympathetic state, both of which allow the body to heal and repair. As I share with my clients, not only is the music medicinal, I send all the vibrations from the instruments, my heart, and my intent to be of service to your expansion. Love is the greatest medicine, after all. ❤️⭐️🙏

GIVING BACK IS GOOD MEDICINE.
I got one of my best friends to volunteer with me at the Ohio River Foundation’s annual coffee festival, one of their biggest fundraisers! We had such a great day! We didn’t know we would be sorting through all of the trash for compost, but it was a good heart warming experience to see how little actual garbage there was here… Almost everything was compostable. And the vibes were amazing! Washington Park across the street from music hall has some incredible trees… Couldn’t resist some hugs. Thank you, Jilly Bean!!!!!! You’re the BEST.

Matriarch of our family… With six children, thirteen grandchildren and I think something like 20 great-grandchildren!!! She has always been so gentle and kind, and said a good example for us all! We read through her notebook and aside from the lists of the people who passed away each year, birthdays, memorable moments… She had some written Bible verses and words of wisdom. When I read them out loud, she recited them right along with me.
