In this week’s episode of Sacred Conversations, I share the moment The Art of Chaos first took shape… and the many times it broke open again.
This is one of the most personal episodes I’ve ever recorded.
Because this book wasn’t written from the outside looking in—
It was born in the storm.
The Art of Chaos is not a tidy story.
It’s a descent.
A remembering.
A return.
I thought the healing was done.
But healing isn’t linear.
It circles back. It deepens.
It opens what we thought was already closed.
This is for those waking up—turning toward old pain, brushing against memory, and encountering soul-level truth.
Sometimes our children are the portal.
Sometimes, it’s something else—
a voice, a memory, a moment that stirs something familiar in us and quietly calls us home.
It’s for those parenting through meltdowns and grief.
For those seeking something more.
For the ones who thought they’d already done the work—
until life, or love, or a flicker of something unfinished
asked them to begin again.
This isn’t just a memoir.
It’s a mosaic.
A stained-glass soulwork made of the fragments we were never meant to carry alone.
📖 The Art of Chaos isn’t out yet.
It’s in my agent’s hands, and—if the stars align—you’ll see it in 2026.
