IMMUNE BOOST PROTOCOL

I have been studying diligently Doctors notes from Chinese Hospitals this last week to better understand how to help. I’m including what these doctors have shared from their clinical successes. Their use of Chinese Herbs even in conjunction with Western medicine produced profound results and saved lives.
Recent reports from Chinese Medical doctors are encouraging as to the effectiveness of Chinese herbs to turn around cases of Covid 19, as well as preventing sickness among hospital staff. Most importantly is the circulation of qi or energy in the chest, and preventing the accumulation of stuck energy in the lungs. My recommendations to improve lung strength are:

1. Wash hands. Regularly. With hot water. Enough said.
2. Drink Water. Lots of water. Preferably warm water or room temp, never cold as that is a burden on the immune system. Think of the body like a river, the more water you drink, the more moisture there is in your mucus membranes and the easier it is for those to then flush bacteria and viruses out of the body. Even better, add 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar to 12-16 oz of water daily to aid mucus membranes in staying viscous and easier to clear out any gunk.
3. Daily deep breathing. Doing daily movement that enhances respiratory function is your best approach to strengthen lungs. This is particularly important with more social distancing-don’t let this keep you sluggish or stuck indoors. Get outside and breath the fresh air at least 2-3 times daily.

4.. Essential Oil Diffuser-Buy a diffuser asap. Use Tea Trea oil, Eucalyptus oil, and Any Pine or Fir Essential oil in your home or office diffuser to “clear the air”. CAUTION Pet owners: Essential oils can be toxic to pets, cats in particular. Be sure to keep use the diffuser in a separate room/area from where your cats are, and keep dogs exposure limited. 5. Diet. Chinese Medical Doctors in China are seeing how much a strong and healthy digestion is to keep overall lung health up. Because Covid 19 has the tendency to create a dry cough but retain lots of phlegm in the lungs, it is very important to limit phlegm producing foods like dairy, sugar and fried food. My teacher always said, “the digestion makes the phlegm, and the lungs store it.”

Focus on foods, herbs and spices that are more warming/spicy or “moving”, and reduce or refrain from consuming significant quantities of raw or cold foods which can constrict energy.
a. Ginger root should be consumed daily. In fact, Ginger and Licorice tea is exactly how hospitals in China are keeping their staff members from contracting the disease. Try drinking Yogi Tea’s Egyption Licorice Tea to strengthen both digestion AND lungs.
i. Fresh ginger root tea. Simply do a low boil of a 2-3 inch piece of ginger root for about 5-10 minutes & combine with Licorice root tea &/or honey.

b. Use abundant Herbs and Spices: Especially Garlic, Tumeric, Cayenne, Oregano and Thyme. Also add Cardamom, Clove, Coriander, Cumin, Dill, Fennel Seed, Marjoram, Nutmeg, Rosemary and other warming spices.

Spice Challenge: Put as many herbs and spices in every meal as possible. Make a game with housemates or friends to see who can get the highest number of different spices in through the day. I’ll start: today I’m going to have 10 of these spices today! Message me with the number and names of herbs you’re loving 🥰 today.

6. Chinese Herbs
Chinese Herbs were used in the front-line treatment in Integrated hospitals in China to prevent staff members and doctors from falling ill, and with remarkable recovery rates in patients who’d contracted the Coronavirus.
