Meet me at the J Wednesdays at 3pm for a 45 minute Punch ๐ŸฅŠ Out Parkinsonโ€™s class!

This empowering and supportive boxing-inspired fitness program is designed specifially for individuals with Parkinsonโ€™s disease. Based on scientifically supported methods, this class focuses on high-intensity, fun exercises that can help manage symptoms and improve overall quality of life. Benefits include improved balance and coordination, enhanced agility, speed and overall strength, increased core stability and flexibility, better posture and range of motion as well as potential for improved cognitive function and mental well-being. All necessary equipment is provided.
