🌞 Spring sunshine, great food, and even better company!

We had a blast at our Spring BBQ, where smiles were shared, burgers were flipped, and connections were made. A big thank-you to the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office for joining us—your presence and partnership mean so much to our community.

Events like these remind us how powerful it is when we come together to build trust, celebrate inclusion, and simply enjoy each other’s company. 💛

Client Success Story: Jordan’s Journey to Independence

Jordan began his journey with Journeys in 2017, enrolling in our Community Supported Employment (CSE) program with a clear goal: to build confidence, communication skills, and workplace independence.

At the start, Jordan focused on learning how to manage frustration, communicate appropriately in the moment, and express his wants and needs with support. Through patience, practice, and determination, Jordan mastered these goals—first with direct prompts, then indirect ones, and finally, all on his own.

With each milestone, he proved to his employer, his job coaches, and most importantly, himself, that he was capable of completing all his job tasks independently. Jordan’s hard work paid off.

In February 2024, with the full support of Journeys, his employer (TSC), and Jordan himself, he officially graduated from the CSE program—confident, capable, and employed.

Today, Jordan continues to thrive in his role and is maintaining his employment with pride and independence. We couldn’t be more proud of his progress and the example he sets for others on the path to success.
