Friday the 13th has long been misunderstood — labeled as unlucky, dark, or ominous.

But what if this night is actually about reclaiming what has been feared?
What if it’s about reclaiming you?

This Sacred Uprise session is devoted to self-love.
Not the surface-level kind.
Not the “positive affirmations only” kind.

But the deep, embodied, radical kind.

The kind that says:
💗 I am allowed to take up space.
💗 I am worthy of rest.
💗 I can hold my shadow and still choose myself.
💗 I am becoming someone I deeply trust.

Through breathwork, journaling, and sacred space, we will soften the armor, release what has been heavy and reconnect to our hearts.
