The Mission

I began my health coaching journey in 2013. Since then I have been done most of my coaching online through social media platforms. I recently transitioned into a Residential Nutrition Club setting to be able to give back to Essential Workers at this time. The movement has been incredible, with over 230 drinks being delivered across the North Shore area so far. I could not have done this without support from my local and online community. Due to increasing responses, I am now offering curbside pick-up for healthy smoothies and teas. Delivery is also available at a 10 drink minimum at 8AM/12PM/3PM/6PM time-slots being offered Monday - Friday. My mission is to continue this movement and potentially transition into a commercial space in the upcoming months. I am passionate about giving back to my community and helping others lead a healthy and active lifestyle that’s simple, magical, and fun! If any of this interests you, please reach out.
