There are easy ways to bring a balance to each of your chakras that are simple to practice throughout a normal busy day of your life. In this Day Long workshop that feels like a retreat. Learn these simple steps to bring a balance to your chakra energy system. You meditate, move your Smart Body with yoga, use essential oils, energy medicine, and much more. It’s a great way to learn something new but also rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.
