Our physician assistants and staff are committed to your overall skin health and thorough patient education. Our team of providers are fully trained to assist our patients in general, pediatric and geriatric dermatology. We specialize in diseases and surgery of the skin, including acne, skin cancer, psoriasis, eczema and much more! Aesthetic services provided include skin rejuvenation with Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Dermatology now has four locations including Elkhorn, Fremont, Columbus and Wahoo.

Excited to welcome our new provider Courtney Mares, PA-C

Courtney Mares received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln followed by her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Union College’s Physician Assistant Program.
She is trained and well-versed in medical dermatology care with special interest in treatments of acne. She is nationally certified by the National Commission the Certification of Physician Assistants and by the Nebraska State Licensure. Courtney is committed to continued learning, demonstrated by her completion of the two year Diplomate Fellowship training from the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Courtney has always been passionate about dermatology for as long as she can remember and finds absolute joy in her chosen profession as a certified physician assistant helping patients achieve optimal skin care results.
Courtney is originally from Colorado but has been a Husker fan her whole life. She enjoys trying new coffees, traveling home to snowboard and spending time with her dogs, family and friends.

Help us welcome our new provider!!!

Brant Ridder, PA-C, received his bachelor’s degree in Life Science/Biology from Wayne State College. Following that, he attended The University of Nebraska Medical Center where he received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies. He is now an NCCPA board certified Physician Assistant.
Brant was born and raised in Fremont, Nebraska, so he is very excited to return to his home community to provide quality and compassionate healthcare.
Brant has a passion for helping the underserved communities in our state, so he is happy to see patients in both our Columbus and Norfolk locations, in addition to our Fremont office.
Brant lives in Fremont with his wife Amelia. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, hunting and fishing.
