We practiced breathing exercises in social work! Using bubbles, we focused on inhaling through our noses and exhaling through our mouths, making it a fun and engaging way to learn about breath control. These exercises not only help with relaxation but also support in developing essential skills for emotional regulation!

We're learning about bike riding this week at camp! Activities include making our very own license plate, designing our dream helmet, creating a bike out of play-doh, and more! 🚲

This week at camp, we dove into the Zones of Regulation to help our campers understand and manage their emotions. Through fun activities and engaging discussions, we helped our kids to identify their feelings and learn strategies to navigate different emotional states. Whether they’re in the Blue Zone feeling sad, the Green Zone feeling calm, or the Red Zone feeling angry, we're here to support them every step of the way!
