What to look for in a good bar:
• Calories: Aim for 150–200 calories (snack) or up to 300 for a full meal
• Protein: At least 15–20g per bar

• Sugar: Ideally 5g or less
• Fat: Moderate, around 7–12g, mostly from healthy sources
