These links are all of the compliments that the campers gave each other all summer. When a camper receives a compliment, they write down who said the compliment and what was said. We count the compliments at the end of the day. We read them all out loud. We hang them up around the room. There is so much positive energy in the room and so much confidence in each other. 💛🩵💙
Today was our last camp day of the summer. We celebrated our Kids Connection positivity!

The founder and director of Best Practices, Stasia Hansen, has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA, since 2003. In 2002 Stasia graduated from Teacher’s College, Columbia University with a Masters in Behavior Disorders. She was an Associate Behaviorist from 1999-2003. Best Practices was created in 2015 to provide services to children on the autism spectrum, ADHD, oppositional disorders, and other social disorders. The behaviorists of Best Practices provide behavior consultation with public and private schools, implement home programs, parent trainings, and social skills programs.
