BlueCare Tennessee is an independent licensee of the BlueCross BlueShield Association and a licensed HMO affiliate of its parent company BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. Located in Chattanooga, Tennessee, BlueCare Tennessee is a Managed Care Organization (MCO) that delivers health care solutions through its provider network, combining physical and behavioral health to over 440,000 TennCare enrol
lees. We are the only major MCO remaining in the program today. BlueCare Tennessee is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Southern Diversified Business Services, Inc. (SBDS), which is a for-profit holding company and wholly-owned subsidiary of BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BCBST).
