When I was asked to lead the Frequency retreat (which is part of an amazing series from Kate Lemay Art,) I was thrilled & yet a little nervous! By allowing the FLOW & by trusting my inner guidance & HOME FREQUENCY, the weekend formed itself, attracted these beautiful souls, and gave back to us in countless ways. Beautiful & lasting songs & gifts were given to us by Zelda Hotaling. Friends like Alison Derderian, Dakota La Croix, Kim Johnson Myette, Lani Voivod, Renee Cupples, jumped in to share they knowledge & talents. New retreat friends & old, made the journey. The weekend was pure magic! The inspiration? A little painting from Kate Lemay….. the compass that guided us. I Speak. Frequency. We learned so much, we shared, we tried to understand how to bring our experiences into our everyday life. I invite you to explore what the benefits of a RETREAT weekend could give to you. It’s a hand made rattle! A primitive sound tool & it took them three weeks, three Merrohawke days;) difficult cutting out and sewing the rawhide, putting rice inside to make it round, adding beans, finding and whittling the handle, she worked super hard! I love it!
