Here's how a doula can help:
✨Your doula can help you assess what you're feeling—timing contractions, noticing patterns, and understanding early vs. active labor signs.
✨If you’re unsure whether it’s labor or just prodromal (practice) contractions, your doula can provide calm, supportive insight so you feel less anxious and more confident.
