Our Story

Personal Trainer and Life Coach. Here to assist in Transformation, Inside and Out. Beyond Fitness was set up to take the stress, confusion and frustration out of fitness, so you can enjoy your body and get on with your life. IT’S POSSIBLE and it’s not hard. What I’ve discovered in my decade plus of fitness coaching is that people generally vacillate between doing nothing at all for their bodies, or doing too much. I’m here to tell you that there is an easier way, a sweet point between extremes.

My approach isn’t necessarily better or worse than the other guys, but its definitely different. Don’t be shy and get in touch! Worst case scenario well have a nice chat :)
