During Mental Health Awareness Month, we recognize that mental health is an essential part of overall well-being. Every person deserves support, understanding, and access to care without stigma or judgment. By starting conversations, checking in on one another, and sharing resources, we help build stronger, healthier, and more connected communities. You are not alone—and seeking help is a sign of strength. 💚

For Mental Health Awareness Month, Sedgwick County’s COMCARE is encouraging people to prioritize their mental health, recognize signs of crisis, and seek help when needed.
