If you're craving a heated class try our 3pm Hot Power Vinyasa instead. Dont be intimidated by the name, although this class may be a little more challenging it is taught for all levels. Come check it out!

This Friday evening, join .glick in-studio for a 90-minute Gong Bath Meditation—a rejuvenating experience of sound and stillness. Immerse yourself in the resonant tones of the gong as you allow your body and mind to deeply relax.

Please bring a yoga mat and any props that will help you feel comfortable lying down for the session. No yoga practice will be performed—just pure, restorative sound healing.

Many of you know we keep this bin in the studio all year long and are always accepting non-perishable food donations to help serve our community.

Holiday time in general can have a large unseen impact for both our neighbors and our local food banks, and now is the time they need us most!

Come out and flow with us. In this 90-minute class, all levels are welcome. You can expect a sweet beginning, an empowering flow, and an even sweeter savasana. Come out to do something for yourself while supporting an amazing cause and organization.
