We’re heading back this fall for another weekend of yoga, connection, relaxation, cozy vibes, and yes… ACTUAL hot spring soaking this time. 🙌

That moment when you realize your body has been asking for this all week… and you finally listened.

Yoga isn’t about being flexible or knowing what you’re doing—it’s about showing up exactly as you are. Stiff, stressed, tired, overthinking… all of it is welcome here.

And here’s the best part: you don’t have to “get in shape” to come to class.
You come to class to feel better—in your body, in your mind, in your life.

So if you’ve been thinking about it… this is your sign. Roll out the mat. Take the breath. Walk through the door.

You could stand in your living room and call it yoga…

…but something shifts when you walk into a room, roll out your mat, and actually practice.

Suddenly Tadasana isn’t just standing.
It’s grounding.
It’s awareness.
It’s that moment where you realize your shoulders have been up by your ears all day… and you finally let them drop.

And sure—sometimes it still feels like aggressive jazz hands and wondering why your feet won’t cooperate 😅

But in class, you get the cues, the space, and the support to turn the “simple” into something meaningful.

So if you’ve been thinking about it…
this is your sign to stop just standing around 😉
