We are a husband and wife personal training couple that started our own business. We live, eat, sleep, and breath fitness!! Malachi has been training for 15 years and Jessica for 7 years. We have a broad range of clients ranging from 14-76 years old. We have experience with injuries, weight loss, muscle building, body building, show prep, toning, endurance, stability, core, and functional training.
