Our Employment Services Summer Program is in full swing! 💒🛍🥫

Students in our Pre-ETS program are participating in a variety of meaningful internships this summer. This week, a group of students joined Catholic Charities South in Brockton, MA to help assemble food bags filled with goods for people in need. Each year, Catholic Charities Boston help more than 120,000 community members gain access to essential resources.

Our students assisted the food pantry by unloading boxes from pallets, moving them to designated areas. organizing by product, and assisting in transferring these heavy bags to individuals cars. Each student arrived with positive energy, ready to make an impactful difference in the community!

Did you know we have a Wellness Center?

Tempus Unlimited opened the Frank Bellotti, Jr. Wellness Center in January of 2018. This space offers the opportunity for consumers to improve health and wellness through physical activity in a safe, friendly, and fully accessible space.

A personal trainer provides individual 1-on-1 support to consumers within the Employment services, Adult Foster Care, and Supported Living programs to assist with their personal health and fitness goals. Featuring a variety of fully accessible machines, consumers are able to follow a weekly supervised fitness routine under the guidance of trained staff. Consumers in need of transportation services that participate in the Wellness Center are able to commit to a weekly ongoing schedule.

Consumer Summer Party 2025! ☀️🌴🍦

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our Consumer Summer Party! It was an unforgettable day filled with joy, laughter, and community. We loved seeing so many familiar faces come together to celebrate!

From the upbeat music and delicious food to the vibrant tie-dye station and fun photobooth, the day was packed with memorable moments! We're so grateful to have such an amazing community, thank you for making yesterday so special!

Darius became a member of our Adult Foster Care program earlier this year, and it has been a joy to witness his journey. Due to COVID-19, Darius missed out on his high school prom. However, this year he was given the opportunity to attend “Prom for All Ages,” a beautiful and inclusive event hosted by THRIVE at Polar Park. This special event welcomes everyone, celebrating individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Originally, his brother Robert was going to es**rt him, but his entire family wanted to join in on the fun and celebrate alongside him. Darius dressed in a classic black-and-white tuxedo, completing the look with his favorite color red. His niece Dalila danced the entire evening and seemed to only stop for cupcakes! We are thrilled to share these moments and witness Darius making lasting memories!

July is recognized annually as Disability Pride Month ❤💛🤍💙💚

"More than 1 in 4 adults in the United States—over 70 million people—have a disability. This month calls on everyone to promote inclusion and ensure people with disabilities are accepted exactly as they are, without conditions." (The Arc)

This is a time dedicated to celebrating the history, achievements, and resilience of the disability community. This month-long observance aims to promote awareness, increase visibility, and amplify inclusion.

The Tempus Unlimited Adult Foster Care Program is a MassHealth, One Care or Senior Care Options (SCO), All Inclusive Care for Elders (PACE), or Community Case Management (CCM) funded program for individuals who are 16 years of age or older who require at least 21 hours of daily supervision.

Support may include:
Active supervision and/or assistance to ensure the member’s health and
well-being.
Physical assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility or eating.
Medication reminders, scheduling and provision of transportation to appointments.

Our AFC Program is currently helping 125 families living at home. 🏠

Student Spotlight 🌟

Trav joined our Employment Services Pre-ETS Program in January, bringing with her a strong passion and natural talent for illustration and drawing. What initially drew Trav to our program was the opportunity to pursue meaningful work that aligns with her values. Since joining, she has engaged in interview preparation, resume development, and job searching.

Throughout her time in our Pre-ETS Program, her confidence and motivation have grown significantly, with a goal in mind to find a role where her work has a positive outcome on the community.

Our Supported Living Program is kicking off summer with another amazing trip! ⛴

This group got to experience a Boston Whale Watch! Whales are identified by their unique tails, and one special whale named Leon followed them around all day, showing off by slapping his tail and lunging out of the water. 🐋

Our Annual Picnic on the Canal ☀🥪

Our Supported Living Program recently enjoyed a wonderful day out at the Cape Cod Canal, complete with a delicious picnic filled with tasty sandwiches and of course, dessert!

These moments of connection and joy are what we cherish most, we are incredibly grateful we are able to bring along our consumers on such fun community outings!

The FI Program successfully launched Seniority Pay for PCAs on April 1st.

This initiative was the result of a year-long collaboration with MassHealth and HHA to implement seniority-based pay rates for PCAs. Eligibility is determined by total hours worked as a PCA since 2008, following the completion of new hire orientation. There are now five distinct pay rates that a PCA may qualify for based on their seniority.
