We are thrilled to officially welcome Allison to our dental family! 🎉🎉

Allison started as an intern this spring from GRCC, and here’s what she has to say about her journey:

“I’ve always been drawn to the dental field; even as a kid, I genuinely enjoyed going to the dentist! The more I learned about dentistry, the more I realized how fun and fulfilling being a dental assistant could be, and I knew it would be the perfect job for me.”

What she loves most about our office is the incredible team. “Everyone is so supportive, fun to work with, and uplifting. I am very excited to be a part of a team that is dedicated to patient care and making sure patients have the best possible experience! I love how high-tech this office is; same-day crowns are some of my favorite procedures to assist with! It’s so amazing to see how smiles can be transformed here!”

After 4 wonderful years with us, we’re sending off our beloved Randalee with all the love and gratitude in the world as she steps into early retirement! ❤️

From her warm West Virginia spirit to her “mama bear” heart, Randalee brought a special kind of kindness and care to McMahon Dental. She was the first friendly face our patients saw — welcoming everyone with her smile, a laugh, and a whole lot of love.

Now, she’s trading the dental front office for garden gloves, and we couldn’t be happier for her as she gets to enjoy more time doing what she loves — tending to her garden, spending time at home, and living life on her own terms.

We’ll miss her deeply, but her presence will always be part of our story. Cheers to your next chapter, Randalee — we love you! 🌻
