Sometimes you may not know exactly where you're headed but know that there is a brightness that is both behind and ahead of you. There is LIGHT. May it direct and guide you. If this were a Sunday service I'd tell you to turn to your neighbor and say, "Neighbor, it's morning!"... Good Morning Everybody and have a productive week! ☺️

On 06/09/2014, I began my first job following grad school and it was filled with varied emotions. Today marks my 10th year working as a mental health therapist/Licensed Clinical Social Worker and my has the time flown by.

I'm grateful to be at this phase in my journey. I'm humbled and appreciative of all who have supported me along the way. Additionally, I'm excited about what the future holds!

I had a professor tell me that if you do something for 10 years, you are considered to be an expert. Welp, expert status is reached today 🙌🏽

Caregiving for the elderly and/or disabled can be both rewarding and taxing on the caregiver. November is NATIONAL CAREGIVERS MONTH. Please take time to honor all of the people who labor each day to care for their loved ones. Send them a thoughtful message or other gifts of love to let them know that they matter too.
