Just like the town of Social Circle, which attracts visitors looking for fine southern dining, and old-fashioned hospitality in its quaint shops, Social Circle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers small town values in its care and attention to its residents. Our facility is small, which allows us to offer a true home-like community setting for our residents, families, and staff.

So some months ago these 2 Beautiful young ladies came in to our building with an agenda to help battle loneliness in the Nursing home. They came up with the idea of doing a monthly activity that can be used over and over. These ladies really did a wonderful job. We received a box for each month and inside they explained the activity with everything that it’s needed. I am so proud of these young ladies. Kaitlyn and Carrigan Troop 12321 you did an AWESOME job!!!!

Nurses Week to Nursing Home Week we were super busy. Boots on the ground , daiquiris ( non alcoholic), Milk shakes twice cause they were just that good. Twins day, or triplets, tacky day. A huge cookout and to end the two weeks we had a CARNIVAL!🤡what fun we had!
