Needed to repost due to a recent increase in no shows again.
Please take a moment to refresh yourself

Good morning, I feel it's necessary to update my no show policy again. It has really upticked this last month!

I do my very best to accommodate all my clients to the best of my abilities. I am very understanding in the fact that life happens and we all need Grace at times.

However, you must keep track of your appointment times. If you need to reschedule I would appreciate a 24hr notice so I can try to fill the spot with people on cancelation lists. If you do not and end up to your session you will be changed full price.
You must understand and know that I'm self employed. I have no sick time and if you don't show to the time I set aside for you I don't get paid.

Sad truth

I'm counting on you to do your part and I'll do mine. And thank you so much for understanding my why.

I love my job but at the end of the day it needs to pay me to keep doing it.
