Dry salt therapy, or halotherapy, is a holistic, drug free, natural therapy using micro particles of salt to promote better breathing, healthier skin, sounder sleep, improved physical fitness and endurance and overall wellness.

How does it work?

Salt has the following properties:

Antibacterial

Snoring is the vibration of respiratory structures and the resulting sound, due to obstructed air movement during breathing while sleeping. As the muscle at the back of the throat relaxes and closes off the airway, it makes a vibration noise which can be soft or quite loud.
