Tool on the playlist today. Why? Because I spent my Friday night after the kids were asleep going down a rabbit hole watching Danny Carey drum videos on YouTube 🤪. It was a good night.
They paired nicely with today’s workout. The goal was work capacity. I might be a little wonky tomorrow with some slight brain fog, but that’s okay. It’s all part of the game.
