Time is one of the biggest barriers for most people who want to commit to regular exercise. Plenty of folks have the money to buy a membership and have access to plenty of facilities close to their homes or work, however, we don’t seem to have enough hours or minutes in our days to squeeze in what we think will be a meaningful workout.
If we look closely as how we use our time throughout the week, we might find that we have more of it than we might think. If you can borrow 3-5 hours in your week to make time to get to the gym, exercise, and get home you’ll realize that it is feasible.
Imagine yourself in your new exercise routine and how that would fit into your current habits and routines. TPS has everything that you need to get started and make this a reality.

Do you skip your warm up when you’re pressed for time. Stop.
We’d rather have you do one or two less working sets than skip the warm up. It may not feel like work, but it is so important for injury prevention, performance, and focus on the task at hand.
Give yourself some time to get that warm up in before your next session!

What is the TPS Method?

The TPS Method is the most complete online strength training resource available, and it is getting better and bigger every day.

The TPS Method is founded off of Murph’s almost 30 years experience as a coach. He and his team have assembled a done for you system of training that includes: programs (workouts), technical instruction on how to do the lifts, seminars on all sorts of topics related to strength, health and fitness, and LIVE coaching via video posts.

Our strength training and fitness programs are scaled for beginners to expert levels and are all labelled so you know that you are using the correct ones for your fitness capabilities.

We also offer programming for Powerlifting compettiton, Raw and Equipped, beginner to World Champion.
