Do you want to potentially help your lymphatic system work better and potentially help your body gently detox? If so, dry brushing may be a great habit to get into, and adding oils to it may add to the benefits it has for your body!
Your skin is the largest organ in your body and one of the most important organs to help your body detox each day. Your skin receives 1/3 of all the blood that is circulated in your body and when your blood is full of toxic materials your skin reflects the problems.

▪️Dry body brushing may help shed dead skin cells and may encourage new cell renewal which also may results in smoother and brighter skin. It also may assist in improving your blood circulation and may improve lymphatic drainage. It may encourage the body's discharge of metabolic waste so the body may run more effectively. Try adding some drops of the Zendocrine blend to possibly help detoxify.
