Most injuries are a result of your body slowly compensating over time due to stress. Eventually your body is no longer able to adapt. Then one day you’re just tying your shoe and your lower back goes out. If you wait until you’re in pain, you’re playing from behind. At that point, we have to work to correct the years of compensations that your body has been making to keep you upright and moving.

We strongly encourage you to consider chiropractic care as healthy maintenance for your spine. Just as you do with your car, we recommend regular adjustments for your spine. Let’s correct those small compensations before they become painful injuries.
